Pay day loan borrowers in Ontario in line for share of $10M course action

TORONTO – Some 100,000 pay day loan users whom borrowed through the now-defunct money shop or Instaloans title loans branches in Ontario can gather their share of the $10-million settlement that is class-action.

Ontarians who took away payday advances, or alleged personal lines of credit from either loan provider after Sept. 1, 2011 are now being expected to register claims to recuperate a few of the unlawful costs and interest these were charged.
